Established in 1949, the Chichester Property Owners Association (CPOA) is a membership club for homeowners in Chichester, Phoenicia, and Woodland Valley.
We are dedicated to fostering a sense of community among our members through social and recreational activities.
Our rustic clubhouse is situated on the banks of the Stony Clove Creek, alongside a shaded and serene swimming area.
The grounds include a private swimming hole; deck with seating and easy access to the water; changing rooms; play equipment; and basketball and handball court.
